Terms & Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website sallyswigs.co.uk, and the purchase of our hair extensions, wigs and  related products. By purchasing from Sally’s Wigs you agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms and Conditions.

The term ‘us’ or ‘our’ or ‘we’ or ‘the seller’ refers to Sally’s Wigs which is registered to (address)

The term ‘you’ or ‘the buyer’ or ‘customer’ refers to the user of our services and purchaser of our goods.

1. General Terms

All purchases are subject to availability and we reserve the right to terminate supply without prior notice and refuse to supply any customer. 

No variations in the conditions shall be effective unless in writing and signed by the seller.

English law shall govern the agreement between the parties.

Sally’s Wigs reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Orders

2.1 Use of Information

The contents of our website are for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice. Neither us or any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timelines or suitability of the information offered within our website or marketing materials for any particular purpose. You acknowledge such information may contain inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

2.2 Product Images and Descriptions

Colours of products may vary greatly due to manufacturing processes and/or difference in camera and monitor settings - packaging for products may also vary from what is shown.

Descriptions are accurate at the time of publication however these are subject to change without prior notification.

2.3 Goods Availability 

All goods shall remain as property to Sally’s Wigs until full payment from the buyer has been received.

All products are subject to availability. This availability may change from the time of enquiry. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit quantities for sale at any time.

Products may be placed on back order if there is insufficient stock. If the product is on back order when ordered we will hold funds and the product will be posted as soon as it comes back in stock. Back order can be up to 14 working days.

Any estimated time of the arrival for items placed on backorder are given as a guide and are never guaranteed.

Items on back order can be refunded on request from the buyer if they do not wish to wait for the item to come back in stock. 

We will not be obliged to offer compensation for any disappointment and will not be held responsible for delays due to items places on backorder.

2.4 Order Acceptance

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including payment issues, fraudulent/ suspicious activity or incorrect product pricing or description.

2.5 Product Pricing & Payment

Products must be purchased with full payment before the order can be accepted.

2.6 Cancellation and amendment of orders

Amendments and cancellations are not always possible once the order has been placed. We are not at fault if you order incorrectly. You can find our contact details on our ‘Contact Information’ page at the bottom of the website. If we are able to amend or cancel your order a member of staff will process it for you, if your order has already been sent this will not be possible and you will have to return any unwanted items.

2.7 Special Offers

Any special offers are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or changed at any point without notice.

Discounts and offers can not be applied after the order has gone through.

We reserve the right to refuse orders with misused discounts.

Check terms and conditions of individual special offers before claiming them against any order.

3. Shipping & Delivery 

3.1 Shipping Policy

We only ship to United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland. Shipping costs vary depending on on your location. Information on this is available on our ‘Delivery & Returns’ page.

3.2 Processing & Delivery Time

Efforts to dispatch products on time are made so that the buyer receives their order within the time frame give however, the seller can not accept liability for any delay in the delivery.

Delivery times are quoted in good faith and we can not accept liability for expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or late deliveries.

Whilst courier services may offer a timed delivery service, we offer no guarantee of these services nor can we guarantee any request that they deliver after a set time (such as after 9am). Delivery times may vary from standard business hours.

Customers delivery instructions are between the buyer and the courier. For example if the customers delivery instruction is to leave in a ‘safe place’, we can not be held responsible for the parcel or its contents after it has been left as requested. 

Our preferred courier service will be used to deliver our products. This may vary from time to time meaning it may not always be the same delivery service used.

4. Returns & Exchanges

4.1 Return Policy

We offer a 30 day return policy from the date of delivery. Exchange are not accepted - please get in contact if you have a query.

Products must be returned in the original packaging and be unused. Due to strict hygiene standards and health and safety regulations, we can not accept returns which have be opened or that the original tags have been removed from. Any returns which we are not in their original state will not be refunded and will be returned back to you.

Postal returns are the responsibility of the customer, this includes covering the cost. The customer should choose a reliable, tracked delivery service as we can not be held liable if the product goes missing in transit or if it is damaged in transit. 

You can also return products in store if you are able to get to us, our address and information is on our ‘In Store’ page which can be found at the bottom of the website page.

All returned items must be sent with the returns slip filled out. You will receive this in your original parcel along with your product(s). If you are missing the returns slip please get in contact via phone or email. Failure to fill out the returns slip may result in a delayed refund or prevent us from refunding you at all.

We reserve the right to reject any returned goods or charge an administration fee for late or damaged goods, incorrectly packaged goods or goods that returned in an unsellable condition.

Please allow 3-5 working days for your refund to be processed once we have received the parcel and then a further 3-5 working days for your refund to be received.

Please check all products on arrival after they have been received. The seller must receive a notification by phone or email within 48 hours of delivery for any defects/damage concerning any of your received products. Notifications after this time frame may not be eligible for resolution. 

All goods and services are subject to our Terms and Conditions.

We comply to the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

5. Warranty

5.1 Product Warranty

If your item has a fault you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. (See 4.1 Return Policy).

For any products which are deemed as faulty after the 48 hour period, you should contact us so that we can investigate further and allow our suppliers to carry out inspections with their technicians. This only applies if the issue is with manufacturing. We can not be held liable if the the customer has neglected or not followed correct aftercare. Aftercare instructions can be found on our ‘Aftercare’ page.

The buyer must ensure products are returned back to us washed ready for inspection. We reserve the right to refuse any items which aren’t in suitable conditions.

The buyer must provide proof of purchase of the item and this warranty does not apply if the item was purchased over 12 months ago.

If we find a manufacturing fault we reserve the right to repair it. If no manufacturing fault is found the item will be returned back to you.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. This page will be updated for any future changes, your continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
