We can ship to virtually any address in the world for a cost of £17.50

We do offer standard UK shipping at a cost calculated by Royal Mail.

PLEASE NOTE:

Orders placed after 3pm on fridays will not be processed until Monday.

There are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Any Customers' returning products for an exchange out of the UK will incur shipping charges of £17.50 for the re-postage of your new item.

On receipt of your parcel we will request the money via our paypal account, you will receive an email asking you to confirm the charge. Once this has been accepted we will then send the exchanged parcel out for delivery.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Due to high demand items temporarily out of stock will be put on back order and you will be notified immediately, by e-mail or telephone. You then have the choice to wait for your order, choose a different colour/style or cancel the order. Also If we are unable to deliver your goods, or delivery is delayed, we will inform you and you may cancel your order and claim a full refund.

Multiple orders will not be accepted, please do not order multiple wigs or other products to try on, if an item is unsuitable Glitz & Glam will be more than happy to exchange but all terms and conditions will apply.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item etc..), 


Overseas Returns:

In the event that products are unsuitable, we are happy to refund or exchange unworn items within 30 days of purchase. Returns will only be accepted if received within 30 days of purchase in a re-saleable condition and in their original packaging.  Refunds of returned items are at the discretion of the company. Clearance items are excluded from return, for advice about clearance items please speak to a member of staff.   

If you need to return an item, simply fill out the return/exchange form provided with the product and send back within 30 days of purchase. 

Goods should be returned at your own cost, and in their original condition (unworn) and in original packaging. On receipt of the returned goods we will dispatch a replacement or provide a refund.

You will be liable for any damage to the goods caused while in your possession.

In the event of an exchangewe will pay the shipping cost to return the exchanged product to you. However if you need to exchange more than once a flat fee of £5 will be requested and payment will have to be received before the item is re-shipped.

If a customer repeatedly returns products, Sally's Wigs have the right to investigate and ultimately stop supplying to the customer.

Due to hygiene reasons worn items are simply not accepted for return.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). 

The refunded money will be refunded back to the card or payment method that you initially used.

PLEASE NOTE:  

This does not apply for an incorrect colour match. Our team aim to match your colour to the best of our ability but we cannot guarantee this by looking at photos and listening to descriptions over the phone.

Sally's Wigs aim to make photos of hair colours a true likeness. Some of our website images may slightly vary from the product.

Sally's Wigs will not be held liable for website images slightly varying from the actual products.
